Knitting is my great passion, or even an obsession in some way. I do believe the best gift is one that is made by own hands, such as a toy or a shawl.

Over 35 years ago my mom gave me a ball of yarn, knitting needles and showed me how to knit some stitches. Thanks to her an incredible exciting knitted world has opened its doors for me. I love the magic when an ordinary ball of yarn turns into a cozy sweater, a gorgeous shawl, or a funny toy. For the shawls I use cotton, wool, silk yarns, or their combinations. For the toys I choose a soft yarn that is pleasant to touch.

I am happily married and have wonderful children, for who I like knitting sweaters or scarves, so they would not feel lonely and cold in their adult life. I also love home cosiness, flowers, singing and playing guitar, reading about world history and culture, and love traveling a lot!
